(im Folgenden als „Hefei Shinhoo“ bezeichnet) ein Treffen im Shanghai Nuclear Energy Equipment Testing and Verification Center Co., Ltd. (im Folgenden als „Shanghai Nuclear“ bezeichnet). Der integrierte thermisch-hydraulische Prüfstand für Kernkraftanlagen wurde gemeinsam von Hefei Shinhoo und dem Shanghai Nuclear Energy Testing Center entwickelt. Das Bankdesign ist fortschrittlich und weit verbreitet. Die Prüfstandstestprojekte umfassen den thermischen Leistungstest von Hochtemperatur- und Hochdruckpumpen und Steuerstabantriebsleitungen. Hot-Rod-Falltest, Hot-Life-Test des Steuerstab-Antriebsmechanismus, Langzeitverschleiß der Brennelemente und andere Testinhalte.
Bei der Überprüfungssitzung hörte sich die Expertengruppe den Projektbericht zu den Funktionsparametern des Prüfstands, dem Prozessablauf, den elektrischen und instrumentellen Steuerungssystemen usw. an. Nach der Diskussion kam die Expertengruppe zu dem Schluss, dass die Kernkraftausrüstung das Design des thermischen und hydraulischen Prüfstands integriert sinnvoll und machbar ist. Und stimmte einstimmig zu, die Entwurfsplanprüfung zu bestehen.
