Die Schulung der internen TTT-Trainer in Shinhoo wurde erfolgreich durchgeführt
Dec 17, 2021Um das Gesamtmanagementniveau des Unternehmens zu verbessern, den Entwicklungsbedürfnissen strategischer Talente gerecht zu werden und die beruflichen Fähigkeiten und die Qualität der Mitarbeiter zu verbessern, organisierte Hefei Xinhu Spaltrohrmotorpumpe Co., Ltd. eine zweitägige TTT-Schulung für interne Trainer am 10. und 16. Dezember 2021. General Manager Wang, General Manager Han und andere Führungskräfte nahmen an der Aktivität teil.
Diese Schulung konzentrierte sich hauptsächlich auf das Lernen und Üben unter den Aspekten Logik und Reihenfolge der Lehrplanentwicklung, Mindmap, Lehrfähigkeiten usw. Die gesamte Schulung war kompakt, lebendig in der Form und reich an Inhalten. Es gibt sowohl theoretische Anleitungen als auch praktische Übungen. Unsere Mitarbeiter haben alle von dieser Schulung viel profitiert.
